Cancellation Policy
Last updated: 19 July 2026
At Plasma-Med Dublin, we understand that plans can change. This Cancellation Policy has been created to ensure fair access to appointments for all clients while allowing us to manage our appointment schedule efficiently.
By booking an appointment with Plasma-Med Dublin, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Cancellation Notice
Clients are kindly requested to cancel or reschedule appointments at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.
[If preferred, this notice period may be extended to 48 hours.]
Appointments cancelled after the required notice period will be treated as late cancellations.
2. Deposits
Some treatments require a booking deposit.
Where a deposit has been paid:
it will normally be applied towards the cost of your treatment;
deposits are generally non-refundable in the event of a late cancellation or no-show, unless otherwise agreed or required by law.
3. Late Cancellations
Appointments cancelled with less than the required notice period may result in:
loss of the booking deposit;
cancellation fees where applicable.
Each case may be reviewed individually at the discretion of Plasma-Med Dublin.
4. No-Show Policy
If a client does not attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice:
the booking deposit may be retained;
prepaid treatment sessions may be deducted;
future bookings may require full prepayment.
Repeated no-shows may result in Plasma-Med Dublin declining future appointment requests.
5. Rescheduling
Appointments may be rescheduled without charge provided sufficient notice is given.
Requests made after the required notice period will normally be treated as late cancellations.
6. Arriving Late
Clients arriving more than 10–15 minutes late may receive:
a shortened treatment session;
a rescheduled appointment if insufficient treatment time remains.
Where a new appointment is required due to late arrival, late cancellation terms may apply.
7. Prepaid Treatments & Treatment Packages
For prepaid treatments or treatment packages:
missed appointments;
late cancellations;
no-shows
may result in the loss of that treatment session.
8. Clinic Cancellations
Occasionally, Plasma-Med Dublin may need to cancel or reschedule an appointment due to unforeseen circumstances.
Where this occurs, clients will be offered:
a new appointment at the earliest available opportunity; or
a refund of any booking deposit already paid.
9. Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that unexpected situations can arise.
Cancellation charges may be waived in exceptional circumstances such as:
medical emergencies;
serious family emergencies;
other unforeseen events.
Requests will be considered individually.
