This Shipping Policy explains how orders placed through the Plasma-Med Dublin online store are processed, delivered and made available for collection.

If you have any questions regarding your order, please contact us before placing your purchase.


1. Delivery Areas

We currently deliver products within Ireland.



2. Order Processing

Orders are normally processed during our business hours.

Orders placed outside business hours, on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Typical processing time: 3-4 business days

Processing times may be extended during promotional periods, public holidays or due to circumstances beyond our control.



3. Shipping Methods

Orders are shipped using trusted delivery partners.

Current courier: An Post

Shipping charges are calculated during checkout unless otherwise stated.



4. Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • Republic of Ireland: 1–3 business days

Please note that delivery estimates are provided for guidance only and cannot be guaranteed.

Delays caused by couriers, weather conditions or other external factors are outside our control.



5. Shipping Confirmation

Once your order has been dispatched, you may receive:

  • an order confirmation;

  • a shipping confirmation;

  • tracking information (where available).


6. Professional Products

Certain products available through our online store are intended for professional use only.  Orders containing products labelled "For Professionals" or "Clinic Use Only" may require additional verification before dispatch or collection.  Where appropriate, Plasma-Med Dublin reserves the right to contact customers to confirm eligibility before completing the order.  If additional information is required, customers will be contacted using the details provided during checkout.


7. Click & Collect

Customers may choose Plasma-Med Dublin Pickup during checkout where available.

Products In Stock

Where products are available in stock, orders are usually ready for collection on the next business day.

Customers will receive a confirmation email or telephone call once the order is ready for collection.

Please do not visit the clinic before receiving confirmation that your order is ready.



Pre-Order Products

Products marked as Pre-Order require additional processing time.

Estimated availability: Available for collection approximately 2-3 weeks after purchase.

Customers will be contacted as soon as their order is available for collection.



Collection Requirements

When collecting an order, customers must present:

  • their order confirmation (printed or digital);

  • a valid form of identification if requested.

Orders will only be released once the purchase has been verified.



Collection Hours

Current collection hours:

Monday – Thursday: 10 am – 4:00 pm

Friday: 9:00 am – 6:00 pm

Saturday: 10:00 am – 5:00 pm

Sunday: Closed



8. Incorrect Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring that delivery details are accurate.

Plasma-Med Dublin cannot accept responsibility for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect information supplied during checkout.



9. Damaged or Missing Orders

If your parcel arrives damaged or appears incomplete, please contact us as soon as possible.

Where possible, please include:

  • your order number;

  • photographs of the packaging;

  • photographs of any damaged items.

This helps us investigate the issue with the delivery provider.



10. Delivery Delays

Although we make every effort to dispatch orders promptly, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control.

These may include:

  • courier delays;

  • severe weather;

  • customs procedures (where applicable);

  • public holidays;

  • supplier delays for pre-order products.

We will keep customers informed whenever possible.
