1. Introduction


Plasma-Med Dublin provides aesthetic, naturopathic, wellness,  and non-surgical services.

By booking or receiving any service at Plasma-Med Dublin, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all appointments, services, gift vouchers, promotions and use of our website or booking system.


2. Scope of Services


Plasma-Med Dublin offers:

  • aesthetic procedures (non-surgical, skin treatments, rejuvenation),

  • IV vitamin drips & wellness therapies,

  • naturopathic consultations,

  • body contouring and non-invasive treatments,

  • holistic and wellness services, ECG

The clinic does not replace GP or hospital care and does not provide emergency medical services.


3. Medical Suitability & Consultations


  • All treatments require a suitability assessment before the service.

  • Clients must disclose all medical information, including allergies, medications, chronic conditions, pregnancy or breastfeeding status.

  • Plasma-Med Dublin may decline treatment if it is deemed unsafe or unsuitable.

  • Failure to disclose health information may affect the outcome and increase risk.


4. Pricing & Payments


  • Prices are listed in EUR and may change without notice.

  • Payment options: card, cash, or online payment through the booking system.

  • Some services require a deposit or full prepayment.

  • Deposits are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in the Cancellation Policy.

  • Promotional prices apply only during specified periods.


5. Booking Rules


  • Bookings must be made online or through direct contact with the clinic.

  • Clients are responsible for ensuring their contact details are correct.

  • Confirmation is sent by email or SMS.

  • Plasma-Med Dublin may request re-confirmation of an appointment.


6. Cancellation & Rescheduling


Cancellations and changes are subject to the Cancellation Policy.

Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in a fee or loss of deposit.

Clients must review the full Cancellation Policy available on our website or at reception.


7. Refunds


  • No refunds are issued for services already performed.

  • Deposits are non-refundable in cases of no-show or insufficient notice.

  • Refunds for prepaid services may only be granted if the clinic cancels the appointment or if treatment is medically unsuitable.

  • Vouchers, pre-paid sessions and promotional packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.


8. Contraindications & Client Responsibilities


Clients agree to:

  • follow all pre- and post-treatment instructions,

  • provide truthful health information,

  • use recommended products where applicable.

Plasma-Med Dublin is not responsible for adverse outcomes resulting from ignoring aftercare instructions.


All results vary individually and depend on health, lifestyle and body response.


9. Gift Vouchers & Promotions


Vouchers are valid only during the period stated.

  • Cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded.

  • Lost vouchers cannot be replaced.

  • Promotions cannot be combined unless stated.


10. Liability & Disclaimer


  • All treatments carry possible risks, which will be discussed during consultation.

  • Plasma-Med Dublin uses certified equipment and follows professional standards.

  • Outcomes vary between clients and cannot be guaranteed.

  • The clinic is not liable for complications caused by undisclosed medical information.

  • Wellness or naturopathic advice does not replace medical advice from a GP or specialist.


11. Privacy & Data Protection (RODO/GDPR)


Plasma-Med Dublin processes client data according to GDPR.

Clients have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of their data where legally permitted.

12. Changes to Terms & Conditions


Plasma-Med Finglas may update this document at any time.

The latest version will always be published online with the date of the last update.
