Cancellation Policy

✅ PLASMA-MED Terms & Conditions (with 48h policy) ‼ PLASMA-MED has established a strict booking policy. 👉 A non-refundable deposit must be paid online or in the salon at the time of booking. 👉 The deposit will be credited toward your treatment – it is not an additional charge and will be deducted from your final bill. ‼ CLIENTS MUST GIVE AT LEAST 48 HOURS NOTICE to cancel or reschedule an appointment. If cancellation or rescheduling occurs less than 48 hours before the appointment, your deposit will be forfeited and considered a cancellation fee. ✅ If the booking is cancelled or rescheduled more than 48 hours in advance, your deposit can be transferred to a new appointment within 7 days. ✅ We understand that unexpected things can happen, but we kindly ask you to respect our time and the time of other clients. ❌ If you do not show up for an appointment, a 100% prepayment of the full treatment price will be required to book any future visits. 🙏 Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
